- (optional) passiflora(1 teaspoon)
- honey or brown sugar to taste

Tools & Utensils

 - a mug
- a pot
- a strainer (optional)

Ingredients

Everyone has those periods when they can't get quality sleep.

When you do not get the amount of sleep you should have, you will not be able to function well during the day.

This potion is very adaptive, I added 4 different herbs/flowers but you can leave out the valerian and/or passiflora if you don't have it at hand.

Lavender and chamomile have soothing and relaxing properties and have a sweet taste. Perfect to add in your milk.

Valerian, however, has an unpleasant smell, BUT is has sleep-inducing properties and is the strongest herb in this recipe.

Be VERY careful when using this herb.
Patients who use medication for epilepsy, anxiety, insomnia and muscle-relaxers should NOT add this into their potion. It could induce some side-effects.

Passiflora has stress-relieving properties but has a bitter taste and is not very easy to get your hands on. But if you have it, I suggest to try it!
